On Wednesday, Nov. 4, NATCA Reloaded hosted a social event for all new hires in the Atlanta area. The event, organized by ZTL Reloaded Rep Dawn Johnson, was held at the Long Branch Steakhouse in Fayetteville, Ga.
“We are extremely excited that so many people came out for this event. This is the future of NATCA,” said Dawn Johnson. “We had a great turnout with more than 50 new people that came, as well as a lot of Area Reps, FacReps and other members. I’m very happy and excited with how everything worked out.”
In addition to the new hires in attendance, Southern Region RVP Victor Santore and NATCA’s Executive Vice President Trish Gilbert were also on hand to participate in this fun and casual get together.
The event was a great way for attendees to not only get to know their fellow new hires but to learn more about NATCA and its leaders.
“We’re young and we’re new in the organization and the agency so it was good to see what the Union is all about and what NATCA represents,” said one ZTL developmental in attendance.
He then added, “I also just wanted to say thanks to NATCA for the really sweet contract!”
